OBGYN Academy is a resource designed for physicians, learners, allied health care professionals, and patients to disseminate knowledge related to women’s health via presentations, videos, workshops, and other methods. We provide free access to our content and encourage sharing links to our content with others who may be interested. However, refrain from downloading and hosting our materials or videos on other websites or servers without first speaking with us.
We DO NOT offer specific medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please see our disclaimer and direct any questions to your physician or other health care professional.
1. Terms
The following describes the Terms of Service of the OBGYN Academy’s (“we”, “us”, or “our”) website (and all associated websites) located at http://obgynacademy.com (the “Site”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Site. By accessing the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. These terms of service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the OBGYN Academy content. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. The materials contained on this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The Site is intended for and directed to users over the age of 18 years. The OBGYN Academy does not permit those under the age of 18 to use the Site.

The information presented is for educational purposes only. None of the information should be considered, or used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This Site does not constitute the practice of any medical, nursing, or other health professional health care advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All authors have no conflicts of interest to disclose and the OBGYN Academy has no commercial involvement in the development of the information published. The OBGYN Academy is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim with respect to any liabilities, including direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages, incurred in connection with this publication or reliance on the information presented.
3. Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download Materials (information or software) on OBGYN Academy’s Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not without the permission of the OBGYN Academy:

In no event shall OBGYN Academy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Materials on OBGYN Academy’s Site, even if OBGYN Academy or an OBGYN Academy authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, infringement, or defamatory statement, obscenity, or inaccuracy contained in any such Material posted on the Site.
You understand and agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law:
a. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. OBGYN Academy (and its affiliates) assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, non-delivery or failure to store any user communications or content. OBGYN Academy (and its affiliates) expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties, representations and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
b. OBGYN Academy (and its affiliates) make no warranty that (i) the Site will meet your requirements; (ii) the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate or reliable; and (iv) the quality of any products, the Site, information, or other material purchased or obtained on you through the Site will meet your expectations.
c. Any Material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Site is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. We cannot guarantee that the OBGYN Academy, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on our behalf are free of viruses, scripts, malware, or other harmful components.
d. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from OBGYN Academy, our affiliates or through or from the Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms of Service.
Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms of Service, we do not exclude or limit our liability for any statutory rights which are not capable of being excluded. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any of these Terms of Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using the Site. The OBGYN Academy has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by OBGYN Academy of the website. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk. The OBGYN Academy is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
7. Termination of Services
OBGYN Academy (and any of its affiliates) may limit, suspend, or prohibit access to the Site and undertake legal action to keep users off their Site. Reasons include: (i) if OBGYN Academy (or any of its affiliates) believes the user to have violated or acted inconsistently with the Terms of Service, (ii) under the request of law enforcement or other government officials, (iv) if a user requests it, (v) if a user modifies any Material on the Site, (vi) following unforeseen technical or security breeches of the Site, (vii) in compliance with a legal process, or (viii) if the user is suspected or proven to have participated in illegal activities. The user acknowledges that OBGYN Academy may terminate the user’s access without prior notice if the Terms are violated or no longer met. The user agrees that OBGYN Academy is not liable to the user or any third-party for prevention of access to the site. The site may provide links to other websites or content but OBGYN Academy has no control over such third party’s websites and resources. You further acknowledge and agree that OBGYN Academy is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such materials, goods or advertising, products on or available from such websites or resources.
8. Release
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us, our affiliates, and licensors (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold OBGYN Academy, our affiliates, and licensors (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, partners and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach or violation of these Terms of Service, of any Materials which you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Services, your use of the Services, your connection to the Site, or your violation of any rights of another or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
10. Modifications or Changes to Terms of Service
OBGYN Academy has the right to revise these terms of service for its website at any time at our discretion without notice. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion. Our new Terms of Service will be displayed on the Site and by continuing to use and access the Site following such changes, you agree to be bound by any variation made by us. By using this Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.

Canadian laws, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the OBGYN Academy. Your use of the OBGYN Academy may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
If you have any concerns or disputes about the OBGYN Academy, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the OBGYN Academy. If any part of these Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude or limit our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these Terms of Service will not be affected. If we choose not to enforce any right that we have against you at any time, this does not prevent us from later deciding to exercise or enforce that right. These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy and Cookie Policy, contain the entire understanding and agreement between us and you in relation to your use of the Site and supersede and replace any representation, statement or other communication (whether written or otherwise) made by you or us which is not contained herein. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading. No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms of Service.
